Website Development & Content Integration
ROC designed and built the Corktown website as an elevated digital showcase for one of Hamilton’s most connected and design-forward communities. Drawing directly from the project’s vision and branding, the site highlights Corktown’s unique character through clean layouts, bold imagery, and refined storytelling.
The website emphasizes Corktown’s standout features, efficient living spaces, premium amenities, and its unmatched location, while integrating interactive elements such as scroll animations, embedded video, and clickable maps for a dynamic user experience.
By balancing striking visuals with purposeful content, the Corktown website delivers a seamless, modern platform that reflects the project’s ambition and positions it as a defining addition to Hamilton’s urban growth.
Out of Home Advertising
To strengthen Corktown’s presence in Hamilton and capture the attention of daily commuters, a comprehensive out-of-home advertising campaign was executed at the Hamilton GO Station. The creative featured full-colour posters, large-format flex signage, and eye-level door decals, strategically placed to maximize visibility and engagement throughout the station.
Printed on premium materials and installed to transit specifications, the campaign delivered a bold and cohesive brand experience for Corktown. By meeting commuters at key touchpoints in their daily routines, the out-of-home initiative elevated awareness of the project and reinforced its position as Hamilton’s most connected and design-forward community.
Digital Ethnic Media Buy
To build awareness and drive registrations within diverse communities, Corktown launched a targeted digital ethnic media campaign across outlets including Desi News, SouthAsianDaily.com, Toronto Star, and the Brampton Guardian. Running from late April through May 2023, the campaign combined display ads, homepage takeovers, and digital editorials to capture attention and build trust through familiar, community-focused platforms.
The initiative delivered strong visibility with over 400,000 impressions across all placements, supported by meaningful engagement through clicks, visits, and registrations. Each outlet contributed uniquely to the campaign, ranging from homepage banners and native content to sponsored features, ensuring Corktown’s message resonated with both commuter and community audiences.
Sales Office Signage
To create a striking first impression and establish a strong brand presence at street level, Corktown’s sales office was transformed with bold exterior and on-site signage. The installation included large-format panels and vibrant window graphics that wrapped the storefront in Corktown’s signature branding, ensuring maximum visibility for passing traffic and pedestrians.
A dramatic freestanding pylon sign was installed at the corner, elevating the project’s presence within the neighbourhood and serving as a clear landmark for prospective buyers. The signage package combined scale, colour, and design to reflect the elevated character of the development while guiding visitors seamlessly into the sales environment.
Email Marketing, Broker Events & Sales Events
A multi-channel campaign was executed to drive registrations and build sustained momentum for Corktown. Email marketing played a central role, with targeted e-blasts and drip campaigns delivering project updates, suite releases, and incentive messaging directly to prospective buyers and broker networks. These communications consistently generated engagement and reinforced Corktown’s positioning as Hamilton’s most connected new community.
In parallel, a series of broker and sales events were hosted to create meaningful in-person touchpoints. These activations offered firsthand project insights, showcased Corktown’s design vision, and provided opportunities for direct Q&A with the sales team. By combining digital outreach with on-the-ground events, the campaign successfully bridged awareness and conversion, driving qualified leads into registrations and fostering excitement around the project launch.
Paid Digital Advertising
To maximize reach and generate qualified leads, Corktown was supported by a robust paid digital advertising campaign. Targeted display, search, and social ads were deployed across key platforms to capture both local Hamilton audiences and GTA commuters looking for connected, design-forward living.
Creative assets highlighted Corktown’s standout features, its proximity to transit, premium amenities, and elevated suite design, while strategic targeting ensured the message reached buyers most likely to convert. The campaign delivered consistent traffic to the project website and registration page, reinforcing Corktown’s visibility throughout the launch period and driving measurable registrations.
